Color size Matrix Views
Visual Retail Plus features the ability to manage your inventory via the
use of color / size matrix screens. The matrix allows for a
quick at-a-glance management of your inventory by displaying a product's
items in an easy to read grid. Sizes run along the top of
the grid with a listing of colors down the side (Matrix).
For customers with many locations, the Matrix II interface
provides the added functionality of having stores listed
vertically in the grid with colors selected from a side menu. This
allows for easy management of inventory among multiple store
locations with a minimum learning curve.
In addition to collecting all critical information about your
inventory into one interface, the matrix modules allow for the
management and transaction of inventory. Add or subtract on-hand
quantities, perform receiving or cancel receiving, and transfer
items from one store to another from the Matrix screen without having to
load a separate module. Inventory prices, costs, and
suggested retail data are also able to be edited from within the
matrix interface, providing a powerful centralized management solution.
