Gift Cards

Visual Retail Plus supports the use of either gift certificates or gift card to allow for customers’ friends and relatives to receive gifts from your store without being given a specific item that they may not care for.
Gift certificates and gift cards are similar in function, and both are supported by Visual Retail Plus.

For a multi-store establishment a gift card can be redeemed at any location seconds after it was dispensed.

the gift card graphics is decided by the retailer and the card may act also as advertising material. Card shape, thickness, and size may vary, all are supported by visual Retail Plus. 

the card value is changed at the moment of selling it (Activated) to prevent stolen or lost cards from being used.

Cards uniqueness comes from the barcode or magnetic stripe embedded onto the card itself.

Specific reports provide management with information regarding gift card sales, use and liabilities.

In store gift cards are free of transaction fee.
