Punch Clock
VRP provides an integrated punch clock and employee time management. As
employees record their arrival and and departure from work, the base
salary is calculated. As sales people are connected to sales, a commission
is calculated based on the business management rules set, and reports will
provide a combined commission and per hour compensation totals.
The administrator can print a report having a page per employee or in a
management format - all employees together.
the punch clock can be activated in three ways:
1. Employee enters his / her code and password.
2. A manager enters the employee time without the need for a password.
3. A biometric device (finger print) is used to punch in and out with
optional manager override.
As a punch is performed, a small confirmation note is printed on the
receipt printer for the employees to keep for their record.
All time data is then transferred to the headquarters using the
synchronization mechanism, and management is provided with data including
employees sales per/hour and other valuable information that help analyze
the employee performance.
