Quick point of sale Customer Management is an integral part of store management, the customer’s module of VRP provides for the tracking of customer data. In addition to providing means to assemble a mailing list of your customers, the customer’s module allows for the analysis of customer spending, tracking of store credits, and orders.
The initial customers screen displays customer records in the order selected
by the retailer (By name, last updated, address etc.). A simple powerful
and easy way to find a particular customer, enter all or part of their customer ID, first name, last name, telephone number, or zip code
is a part of the module. Customers data is maintained together with
their purchase information, allowing a comprehensive analysis to create a
target audience for advertising.
User defined fields facilitate the management of data for a particular
line of business. These fields can be added based on the specific needs of your business to track other information about a customer that is not built into the customer’s module by default.
For example: A cosmetic store may want to record the customer's skin type,
or a uniform store will keep the customer's team or school.
