Point of Sale (POS) Matrix
In Matrix, the screen is divided into logical areas. A crucial area to the Matrix screen is the “View Criteria” area. This area controls what is displayed in the details area.
There are numerous views to select from, all of
which display the selected view for each size of the product (Style) in
each store on a single screen.
Views:
- On Hand – Shows items as quantities on hand.
- Layaway – Shows items as quantities on layaway.
- Order – Shows items as quantities ordered.
- Cust Order – Shows items as quantities on customer order.
- Red - Shows items as quantities of Red (Minimum) Level.
- Max – Shows items as quantities at or over Max.
- Sold – Shows the quantity sold.
- Sale – Shows item sale price.
- Cost – Shows item cost value.
- MSRP – Shows item MSRP.
- Location – Shows items location in the store *Isle, shelf etc.).
The Matrix module has many built in functions that help with the day to
day operation and inventory maintenance:
Transactions supported are receiving, return to vendor (RA or RMA),
distribution, inventory adjustment, set min-max levels, change price to an
item size level, change item colors, change item size or scale, combine
products, export list to spreadsheet, create worksheets and many more.
